Shipping Policy

Most Cady Creations apparel is made to order just for you. Because your item isn’t sitting on a shelf waiting to ship, please allow approximately 2-4 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Apparel & Made-to-Order Items

Our apparel is produced and shipped by one of our trusted printing partners. Production times can occasionally vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Don’t panic if everything doesn’t show up together — the rest of your order may still be on its way.

Stickers & Magnets

Stickers and magnets are handmade and shipped directly by Cady Creations. Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, but we work to get them headed your way as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, actual delivery times are outside of our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Because made-to-order products can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

Orders $10 & Under

Orders totaling $10 or less are shipped via USPS without a tracking number. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way. If your order doesn't arrive within 7 business days of that email, reach out to us at sharon@cadycreations.com and we'll get you a refund or replacement sorted out.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

Tracking acting weird? Package taking the scenic route? Something arrive damaged? Reach out and we’ll help figure out what’s going on.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include your order number and photos of the item so we can get things sorted out as quickly as possible.
