How long does production take?
Every item is made to order, which means production takes 3-5 business days before your order ships. We don't sit on a warehouse of pre-made stuff — your tee is printed just for you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free US shipping on every order, no minimum. International shipping is a flat $7 rate, so no surprises at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Production takes 3-5 business days, then shipping time depends on your location. US orders typically arrive 2-5 business days after production. International orders vary by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We ship internationally for a flat $7 rate. Delivery times vary by country, but we'll get your order on its way as fast as we can.
How are your products made?
Everything is print-on-demand, meaning each item is printed and fulfilled only after you place your order. This reduces waste and ensures you get a fresh, high-quality product every time.

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to report any issues with your order. Since our items are made to order, we require photo proof for print-on-demand items (defects, misprints, damage). Contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange for a different size?
If your item doesn't fit, reach out within 30 days of delivery. We'll help you exchange it for the right size. Just make sure it's unworn and unwashed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, since production hasn't started yet. After that, your item is already being printed and we can't cancel it.
Can I return custom design orders?
Custom design orders are final sale unless there's a defect or misprint. Since each custom design is made specifically for you, we can't resell it to someone else. But if something's wrong with the print, we'll fix it.
How do returns work?
We provide pre-paid return labels for defective or misprinted items. For size exchanges, we'll walk you through the process when you contact us.

Do you carry youth sizes?
Yes! Many of our designs are available in youth sizes. Youth tees run true to standard kids' sizing. When in doubt, measure a shirt your child already wears and compare it to our size chart.

Will the print crack or peel?
Nope. We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which bonds the ink directly to the fabric fibers. Unlike heat transfer vinyl, DTG prints don't crack, peel, or fade easily. Your design stays vibrant wash after wash.
What are your tees made of?
Our unisex tees are typically 100% cotton or a cotton-polyester blend (varies by color). Fitted tees are usually a softer cotton blend with a slight stretch. Hoodies are a cozy cotton-poly fleece. Check each product page for specific fabric details.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our vinyl stickers are water-resistant and durable, perfect for laptops, water bottles, car bumpers, and more. They're designed to hold up against rain, sun, and everyday wear.
How should I wash my items?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Following these instructions keeps your design looking fresh for the long haul.
Are your products good quality?
Absolutely. We use premium blank apparel from trusted suppliers and high-quality DTG printing. Every item is printed just for you, so it's fresh off the press — not sitting in a warehouse for months.

How long until my order ships?
Standard catalog orders take 3-5 business days for production, then shipping time on top of that. Most US orders arrive within 7-10 business days total.
How long do custom designs take?
Custom design requests have a 24-48 hour design turnaround for the initial proof. Once you approve the design, production takes the standard 3-5 business days, plus shipping time.
Can I rush my order?
We don't currently offer rush production, but our standard turnaround is pretty quick. If you have a specific deadline, reach out before ordering and we'll let you know if it's doable.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey from our print partner to your door.
Do you produce on weekends or holidays?
Our print partners operate on business days, so orders placed on weekends or holidays start production the next business day. Plan accordingly if you need something by a specific date.
